Welcome to the ministry section of my website. Although it touches on the classic elements of parish ministry, it does overlook some unsung aspects: administrative skills, a focus on coaching, the beauty of good policy work ,collegial nurture, the leadership of watering the garden… All of which is to say that, after years in ministry, I’ve learned that much of what undergirds successful ministry is found in unexpected places, and at the intersection of relationship, ideas, personal flexibility, and a love of the institutions which sustain shared ministries of presence.
